Teaching procedures 教学过程

Part 1 Warm-up

Step 1. Guessing game

Show our friend Sam to students. (板书:Sam头像)

T: Sam likes playing guessing games. Let’s play with him.

T: The first key word is green. And you can use the sentence: Is this…?

T: The second key word is tall. It is a tree.

The same way to guess “pear”.

T: The first key word is lovely. And you can use the sentence: Are these…?

T: The second key word is pink. They’re pigs.

The same way to guess “cows”.

【设计意图:游戏能激发孩子的兴趣,通过玩guessing game,复习了已学句型Is this…?Are these…?也为接下来的农场环节做好铺垫。】

T: Where are the cows?

S: They’re on the farm. Sam is on the farm,too.

T: Let’s have fun on the farm. (板书课题:On the farm及课时小标题:Fun on the farm)

Step?2?Sam’s pictures

T: Sam likes playing guessing games. He likes drawing , too. He can draw pictures. Let’s enjoy the picture. (PPT出示story time的黑白图片。)

T:Do you remember these pictures? Can you finish them?

The first picture, who wants to be Grandpa and who wants to be Mike?

T: The second picture, what are these? What are those?

T: The third picture, let’s do the pair work. One is A and one is B.

T: These are Sam’s pictures. And he has a funny chant about them.
