本课时是选自（人教版2014年10月第1版《新起点英语》一年级起）五年级上册第五单元的第五课时，本课时是本单元的第二层次的学习，是一节检测和评价课，在教学中通过A、B、C、D四项分别以听、读、说、写的活动来检测学生对本单元基本词汇和功能句的掌握情况，本单元的学习内容是关于电视节目的词汇和句型，基本词汇是：“cartoons , music shows , news shows , sports shows , nature shows, wonderful,cool, fantastic”基本句型：“My favorite TV shows are sports shows. They’re cool. I usually watch them on Saturday”。本节课的教学，教师要以英语学科核心素养的理念，采用情境教学模式，在教学中教师注重基础知识操练，注重创设情境，让学生积极参与学习，注重培养学生在语境中综合运用英语语言的能力。

二、教学目标：

根据教材内容和教学要求，确定以下教学目标。

1、知识目标：

（1）Students can say out the words fluently ： cartoons , music shows , news shows , sports shows , nature shows, wonderful, cool, fantastic

( 2 ) Students can say and use the key sentences about TV shows: My favorite TV shows are sports shows. They’re cool. I usually watch them on Saturday.

（3）Students can write the key sentences correctly .

2、技能目标：

（1）Students can communicate with each other about TV shows.

（2）Raise the students’ listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.

3、情感目标：

Students know watching too much is bad for their eyes and health.
