Step1. Free talk and warm up

Free talk. 教师和学生打招呼,并引出新课。

T: Good morning. Nice to meet you. We’ve learned story time and cartoon time last class. Today we’ll go on with unit7, first please look at the learning aims for today.

2. Show the goals for this lesson.呈现本节课的教学目标,让学生对自己将要学习的内容有整体的了解。

a. I can use “What’s the matter?” in life.

b. I can say the rhyme “Are you ill?”.

c. I know the sound of the letter “o”.

3. Game: Brain storming(模仿老师,说出类似的单词或句子)

T: I like apples.

S1: I like bananas.

T: Here’s a hamburger.

S2: Here’s a hot dog.

T: I’m happy.

S3: I’m hungry.

T: Here’s a cake for you.

S3: Thank you.

T: Are you happy now?

S3: Yes, I’m happy.

T: I think helping others can make you happy.(引出本节课的情感主线)
