教学过程

Step 1:Lead in with a show “Dr. Best.”.

Step 2: Finish the learning paper to sum up the key phrases and structures about the illness and suggestions, and discuss the answers in groups. Teacher gives some help when they need.

Step 3: Practice: interview some good doctors.

(PPT shows a wanted from a hospital. If you can describe the illness and give suggestions according to the pictures, you may have a chance to work in the hospital.)

Step 4:Learn the dialogue.

lead in :Michael had an accident, as his friends, we should visit him and give him some advice.

Listen to the dialogue and answer: What suggestions did they give to Michael?

(Explain some key points by answering the question.)

Listen again and follow it, and find out the sentence of comfort. (Nothing serious.)

Read loudly and mark “T” or “F”.

Retell the dialogue into a passage. (Complete the passage on the learning paper.)

Step 5: Written work.

Write an email to Michael to give him some advice.

Homework: Go on finishing the written work.
