?学生学习时间的表达法，培养学生珍惜时间观念以及合理安排自己时间的好习惯。

教材分析：

本课是第七模块第二单元的教学内容。本模块的话题是谈论活动、行为或事件发生的时间。在语言上主要是巩固一般现在时和一般将来时的用法，以及时间的表达。第二单元主要是对第一单元的巩固和拓展，因此教学活动相对多一些，知识点也相对复杂一些。

学情分析：

五年级的学生，他们已经有五年学习英语的经历了。他们能听懂老师简单的课堂用语，并且能执行老师的指令。通过微课的学习他们对英语中时间的表达方式有所了解。大部分学生能够积极的参与到课堂的学习中。

重点难点：

1.重点:?能够掌握单词:?quarter?以及四会句子:?I will be home at 7 o’clock.

2.难点: 用所学的单词和句式描述活动，行为，事件发生的时间。

教学过程：

一．Warm-up and lead in

1. Play a game

T：Let’s play a game-cut fruits.You need to call out the time loudly.When you see bomb,you can’t speak.

T: Did you watch the video yesterday? Let’s review how to talk about time.

T: Look at this clock. What time is it? (7:00 7:15 7:30 7:45)

T: What’s the difference between “ to” and “past”? (summarize the difference between “ to” and “past”)

二.Task presentation and text learning

1. T: Look at this clock, what time is it?

Ss:

T: And Daming was late for school. Listen, what time did he get up this morning?

T: Let’s say the time according to the pictures.
