It has been/is +一段时间+since+一般过去时；
It was +一段时间+since+过去完成时;
注意：
since从句中的谓语动词为短暂性动词时，意为“某人做某事已经有多久了”；
若从句中的谓语动词为延续性动词时，则意为“某人不做某事已经有多久了”；
E.g.
1. It has been/is two hours since he left the classroom.
自从他离开教室以来，已经两个小时了。
2. It has been/is three years since he worked there.
自从他不在那儿工作以来，已经三年了。
3.He said it was two years since he had joined the army.
他说他当兵已有两年了。
3.And this is the first time I've visited your hometown.
这是我第一次参观你的家乡。
句型:This /That/It is/was the first/second/
..../last time+that......
表示“这是第……次做某事”。
其中，that引导的是定语从句，that在口语中常省略。
在此句型中，当主句为一般现在时或一般将来时时，从句的谓语动词用现在完成时；
当主句为一般过去时时，从句的谓语动词用过去完成时；
E.g.
1.This is the first time that I have been away from my family for such a long time.
这是我第一次离开我的家人这么长的时间。
2.It is the first time that I have written to a foreign pen friend.
这是我第一次给外国笔友写信。
