重点词汇:cough, fever, headache, stomachache, toothache, ill, this, since, cold, catch a cold, take sb’s temperature, fast food, health,

重点结构:使用现在完成时与for 和since 连用

能力:能听懂疾病与症状的描述并提取相关信息,能与同学合作谈论疾病与治疗方法,能编写出关于看病的对话。

情感态度与价值观:能够关心他人及自己的健康,能够就健康问题提出建议和帮助。

教学重点:现在完成时与for短语和since短语引导的时间状语连用的结构。

教学活动

Step 1 Lead in

Show a picture to Ss.

Ask Ss to remember the experience of seeing a doctor and what the doctor say to them.

Step 2 Consolidate

1. Look and say. Teacher shows the pictures of some illnesses and ask Ss to make a short conversation.

2. Show Ss the pictures again and ask them to make new sentences with for or since according to the examples.

3. Show Ss the pictures with past tense and present tense. Ask them to make new sentences with since.

Step 3 Match

1. Read new words, make Ss pay attention to de pronunciation.

2. Ask Ss to work alone to match the words and pictures.

3. Check as a whole class.

Step 4 Listen and read

1. Ask Ss they are going to listening to a conversation between Daming and his doctor.

2. Show Ss two questions before listening.

1) Has Daming got a fever?
