Ask the students to look at the blackboard.I draw an apple on the blackboard and ask “What’s this?It’s an apple.”Teach the word“apple”,lead the students to read the word in different ways,then write the word on the blackboard.Teach “apples”,guide the students to know the difference between apple and apples.

Teach the sentence“Do you like apples?Yes, I do./No ,I don’t.”I will say“I like apples.It’s yummy.Do you like apples?”Tell the students “If you like apples,you can say “Yes,I do.”If you don’t like apples,you can say “No,I don’t.” Write the dialogue on the blackboard.

The similar way to teach “pear,pears and the dialogue”

d.Magic fruit tree.(Practice the dialogue)

There are some kinds of fruits on the tree .There is a question in each kind of fruit.Ask one student to pick one fruit ,open it and ask his/her friend(Do you like ….?Yes,I do./No,I don’t) ,then ask question like this one by one.

4.Production

Let’s do a survey.

Four students in one group,you should ask two students “Do you like …..?”If he/she answers“Yes,I do”,please circle the happy face;If he/she answers“No, I don’t.”please circle the sad face.When you ask questions,you should speak English.

Homework

Write the new words three times.
