Step 1. Warm-up.

.Greeting

Sing the song“In my home”.

Divide the students into 4 groups,tell them if they can answer the questions correctly in class,then they can get an “apple” for their group.

Step 2.Presentation and practice.

Lead-in.Show a PPT picture of a room and talk about this room with students. (告诉学生这是老师的房间。为了下文引出句型,提醒学生My books are on the sofa.)

Present the words.

通过PPT图片出示单词sofa,带领学生读,并注意元音字母O的发音。

播放一段电话铃声,让学生猜是什么,然后出示单词phone.先带领学生读,然后分男女生读。

让学生猜一个谜语“It’s tall and big,it’s like a house and it can keep food fresh”,等学生猜出后,出示单词fridge.带领学生拼写fridge.

通过PPT图片呈现table,bed.

Play a game.

T: Boys and girls,do you like games?

Ss:Yes.

T: OK, let’s play a game.Look at the screen and guess “what’s missing?”
