T: Millie is my best friend. We often chat on the we-chat. Oh she is sending some pictures to me. Let me have a look at them. Here is our dialogue. “One of Class1, Grade7 students is going to be the volunteer for Shanghai Disneyland Park.” “Who is he?”

Step2 Presentation ( 38’)

Task1: How much do you know about Danie? (3’)

1. Does he wear glasses?

2. Where is he from?

3. Is he good at Maths?

Guide students to listen to the tape and find more information about Daniel.

Task2: Danie needs to make a profile about himself for Shanghai Disneyland Park. Can you help him? (3’)

Purpose: help students improve their ability to find the key information needed. Meanwhile, students can get a whole picture of Daniel and learn how to make a profile.

Task3: How does Daniel introduce himself? (2’)

1. beginning(开头)

2. looks

3. hobby

4. ending(结尾)

To conclude the structure of the passage

Task4: Read again and learn how to introduce ourselves. (3’)

Give students more key words. Let them put these words in the right paragraph.
