学习掌握重点单词handsome, actor, actress;掌握并正确运用询问和描述人物外貌的句型及相应的答语。

2. 教学难点:

描述人物外貌时系动词be 和实义动词have/has的用法。

三、教学过程

Step1. Warming- up and revision

1.Greets the students as usual.

Step 2.Learn the new words.

Step3 Presentation

(1) 2d Role-play the conversion

完成 2d,让学生带着问题朗读对话 .

1.What are Mike and Tony doing later this evening?

2.When are they meeting?

Who is going with them?

4.What does David look like?

边回答问题边适当讲解相应的知识点。

?a little 一点儿 (可修饰形容词和副词)

?wear glasses 戴眼镜 然后再听录音齐读对话,并分角色表演对话。请优秀的小组上台展示。

(2) Grammar Focus

1. Have Ss read the sentences in Grammar Focus. Then observe the sentences. Guides Ss to summarize how to ask and describe people’s looks and the uses of be and have.询问外貌:What+ do/does + 主语+ look like?

描述外貌:主+be + 形容词 / of medium height.

主+have /has+形容词+名词.
