Ask four students to act as some stars. And they give students a wonderful fashion show. Then ask to describe their looks, using what they have learned in Periods One and Second.

eg. Hair: He/She has … hair.

Height: He/She is …

Build: He/She is …

Others: He/She has/wears …

Step II. Speaking Practice and Leading-in

Show the photos of the two famous stars: Han Hong and Yang Mi.

And ask them to describe their looks.

What does she look like?

What’s her job?

Then show the picture of Jonny Dean and Tina Brown from 1c, and get students to ask and answer the questions about their looks and jobs.

What does he/she look like?

What’s his/her job? Can you guess？

Step III. Listening Practice

Look at the chart and read the instructions to the students.

Play the recording for them to listen and write their jobs.

Check the answers.

Then play it again for them to listen and writ their looks.

If necessary, play it once more.

Check the answers.
