Step 1 Warming-up
A picture of lots of money is shown and ask students what they will do if they have a lot of money, and then show another picture of 5 yuan and ask they if they only have 5 yuan what will they do.
Step 2 Scanning
Ask students to read the text quickly and answer the question:
What can the 5 yuan buy in this text?
Step 3 Careful reading
Ask students to read the text carefully and find some detailed information as follows:
1 Why does it need to buy a tree?
2 Who should do this?
3 Why is it important?
