2.Ability aims: Students will develop their reading and listening ability . Meanwhile students will be encouraged to act out the story.

3.Emotional aims: Students will be able to express their own opinions using the language they learned and cultivate their ability to cooperate with others.

四.Teaching important and difficult points

1.Develop the students’reading and listening skills, such as pre-reading ,skimming, scanning .

2.To act out the play and learn to cooperate with each other in the process.

五.Teaching procedures:

Step1. Greeting and Revision

Step2. Leading-in

Step3.Pre-reading(读前)

Look at the title and pictures and predict what the passage is going to talk about.Please turn to ?page14 ,?Long long ago ,there was also a beautiful princess who ran really fast.Do you know her?

(设计目的:通过预测,有助于学生更好的理解即将要阅读的文章,同时也鼓励学生用已掌握的知识尽可能地谈论相关内容,培养学生通过话题表达自己的情感,自然引出下一个教学环节。)

(1)Skimming
