一、教材内容分析
本单元是以健康饮食展开的学习，学生可以学习到关于饮食的词汇，也可以了解到什么是健康饮食，为什么要保持健康饮食，以及怎样保持健康饮食。本单元的词汇大部分和饮食相关，比如一些食物的名称。本节课针以健康饮食为话题，引导学生展开词汇的学习，了解健康饮食。

三、学情分析
As the students of grade one in high school, they have been familiar with the pronouncing rules of English words. At the same time, they have known how to remember the words. However, they are not good at using the vocabulary in communication. So this class, I would like to guide them to write and use the words in a simple and interesting way.
