通过半年的教学，发现大部分学生已经建立了明确的学习目标。学习积极性高，能主动学习。少部分学生有上进心，但主动性不够，需要老师的引导。所以在教学中，要从学生的学习态度、学习基础和学习方法三方面入手。帮助学生制定切实可行的目标推进计划，加强对学生个人目标的过程监督。把握基础，提供学生能力为主，培养学生的学习兴趣。坚持组织教学，变有效课堂为高效课堂，落实分层教学、分层作业和分层辅导。营造良好学习氛围。

四、教学重点、难点

1、掌握重点单词短语及句型。

2、学会阅读短文的技巧。

3、能够根据思维导图复述课文。

五、教学过程

复习导入：创设情境导入新课

场景对话如下。

T：Good morning, students!

Ss: Good morning, teacher!

T: Let’s begin our class with a game. Here are four questions (ppt2). I’ll find a student to answer them, then the student can find anyone to answer them. I need five students to answer the questions.

Ss: Answer the questions.

T: Now you say it’s easy for you to get to school. But if there is a big river between your home and your school, how do you get to school then? (ppt3)

Ss: By boat/By bus/By subway.

T: But if there is no bridge and no boats, can you cross the river easily? In this class, we’ll learn about it. First let’s read the language goal quietly. (ppt4)
