Step One. Warming-up

Today is a special day, Thanksgiving Day. It falls on the fourth Thursday of November. It’s time to say thanks. Let’s put our hand on our heart, and say loudly,

“I am thankful to Nature for giving me food;

I am thankful to our country for making our dream come true;

I am thankful to our school for providing such good education;

I am thankful to mom for raising me up;

I am thankful to dad for playing with me and protecting me;

I am thankful to my friend … for …;

I am thankful to … for ….”

Repeat what the teacher says.

借感恩节之机,对学生进行情感教育。引导学生对现在所拥有的一切、及身边人表达感激。
