Teaching procedures:

Step1 Warming up

Watch and enjoy a video about the four seasons.

Free talk: How many seasons are there in a year?(呈现四季,导入主题)

Step2 Pre-task preparation

Look and learn

Teacher shows the pics,and ask students”What season is it?” then ask“In this season,what can you see?”,students can describe the pics and answer the questions.(看图描绘图片,描述四季)

Ask students to do a guessing game about a puzzle to consolidate the season words.

Touch and say

Teacher shows four cups of water, they are different temperature, then ask students”How does it feel?” (通过实物教授形容词,孩子们兴趣浓厚)

Match and say

Please match the pictures of the four seasons with the four adjectives.

Look and read: Different seasons are different feelings. Students can say”Spring is warm.”..

Game:Fast eyes

Students consolidate the words and sentences.

Step3 While-task preparation
