能在故事语境中理解bright和laugh at.通过故事带读使学生掌握一定的阅读策略。

思维品质

激发学生学习兴趣,学生在故事情节的推动下,愿意表演小剧本。在前两课时习得的,已有的圣诞节的知识背景下,理解故事内容。

文化意识

读懂故事,学会正视和接纳自我。通过故事带读了解圣诞节的文化及圣诞精神——帮助,给予。并通过拓展阅读,了解“红鼻子”精神。

3. 教学重难点

教学重点:理解故事内容,并在故事教学中,了解圣诞节的背景知识。

教学难点:通过阅读故事,使学生理解鲁道夫故事背后的圣诞精神。

4. 教学过程:

1)温故知新

T: Look at pictures, what are they about?(Easter eggs, Christmas trees....)

S: Western festival.

T: Today we will talk about Western festival.

= 2 \* GB3 \* MERGEFORMAT ② .T: (A picture of Rudolf .) Do you know him?

S: …

T: What does he look like? Look at his nose,what colour is it?

T: Rudolf is very famous reindeer. Let’s have look! (there is a fair tales /film/ song about him in ...)

T: Why is he so famous? Let’s read the story.

设计意图:温故知新,利用思维导图,直奔话题语境Western festival建立旧知与新知的语言结构建立联系,发展学生思维。拓展文化,告诉学生本课主人公Rudolf是西方国家家喻户晓的形象,刺激学生的求知欲,进一步想要深入学习本课课文。

2)课文导学

T:Look! There are many pictures can help you to understand the story. Look at the picture 1, Is Rudolf happy? How about picture 6,how is he? What happened to him? Now,Read the whole passage and judge.

T: Now can you tell me , Why is he sad first? (师用夸张的语气读鲁道夫朋友讥笑鲁道夫的对话)
