Step 1. Lead in

通过同学生问好、唱歌的方式,导入本课新知。

1.1 Greeting

T: Good morning, boys and girls. Today is a fine day, and I feel so happy, so I wanna sing a song. Would you like to sing with me?

Ss: Yes.

T: Ok, let’ s sing together.

1.2 Sing a song

T&Ss. sing together with action.

T: Well done. It doesn’t matter if your cann’t sing this song. Today we are going to learn the prepositions. I think we can do better after learning. Do you think so?

Ss: yes.

T: OK, Let’ s see what are these.

Step 2. Presentation

2.1出示单词,带动学生做动作,打“方位拳”,学习方位介词。

T: Read after me. in, on, under, behind, in front of, near, next to.

Show me your hands. Follow me, please. (打方位拳)

Go like this “on”, go like this “in”...

Show me on/in/ under/ in front of...

2.2 实物演示

T: Look, I have a ball. I have a box. I put the ball in the box. Where is the ball?
