1. T: Hello, this is my name. You can call me ….

Ss: Mr. Xu.

2. T: How clever! Class begins.

Ss: Stand up.

T: Good afternoon, boys and girls.

Ss: Good afternoon, Mr. Xu.

3. T: Boys and girls, I’m a teacher. I like the students. Let’s have a look.(两幅图片:①上课听讲的学生;②按时到校的学生。) But I don’t like the students.(两幅图片:①上学迟到的学生;②上课说话的学生。)

T: What should we say to them?

Ss: Be quick. Be quiet.

4. T: Please look at the two words, ‘qu’ is pronounced as /kw/. Do you know more words?

Ss: queen, quite.
