解决措施:
课堂上以旧带新, 从学生熟知的“Stop”、“Be quite”、Stand-up”、“Sit down”等手势语言直接引入本课重点句型“What does it mean? It means…”直截了当。接下来, 在课文整体输入后, 按照地点顺序层层递进地解决本课学习的生词,体现教学过程的阶梯性。在课文语音指导上注重语气、连读等的指导并引导学生自编自演对话已达到对新知的巩固。

1.Watch、choose and match
Play the video of the whole text and invite students to choose what signs can they see and match the signs with different places.
