Stage 1 Greeting students ready for learning ( 5mins)

Step1.Greeting and warming up

T:Good morning,class.

Ss:Good morning,teacher.

T:Listen to the song, and guess :What’s the name of the song?

Ss: I love Tian’anmen Square of Beijing《我爱北京天安门》

师生问候和热身,播放音乐I love Tian’anmen Square of Beijing营造良好的课堂气氛,引入主题。

Stage 2 Pre-listening (5mins)

Step1. Show picture to introduce the trip to Beijing and lead in Unit6 Topic2 Section A.

Step2.The teacher shows the pictures of places of interest in Beijing. Lead the students to talk about exploring Beijing. Teach the new words receive& explore .

Step3.Free talk.

Stage 3While-listening (15mins)

Step 1.Listen to 1a and tick the pictures according to what you hear in 1b. Work alone.

Step 2 Listen to 1a again and finish the following exercises. Work alone.
