Warm up: Let’s sing a song. (How are you?)

Lead in:

Hello, kids. How are you? ---Fine? Happy? So-so? Bad?

How are you? I’m fine. I’m happy. I’m so-so. I’m bad.(one by one)

Practice: T hide face with a picture and Ss ask and say the sentences:

(How are you? I’m ___. ) Then T and Ss can change.

4. Presentation:

T: Kids, listen, (miao, miao, miao…) do you know what is it ?

Ss: cat.

T:Wow, great. It’s a cat. Let’s spell-- cat.
