Point your finger up,Point your finger down,

设计意图:利用歌曲将学生迅速引入学习氛围,同时复习上节课有关身体部位的单词;通过互动歌谣进一步区分这些单词的单复数。

Step2 Presentation

T:Look, I have two hands. This is my left hand. This is my right hand.(根据歌曲内容承上启下引出课题:Left and Right)

Can you use “left”and ”right” to other body parts.

Ss: This is my left arm/leg/foot. This is my right arm/leg/foot.

T: Good job! Let’s sing the chant together!

Show me your left hand/arm/leg/foot, left, left, left.

Show me your right hand/arm/leg/foot, right, right, right.

Left hand, right hand/arm/leg/foot,clap, clap, clap.

设计意图:由歌曲顺势引出新授内容left和right,并与上节课所学的单词hand, arm, leg,foot联系起来, 通过chant进一步巩固并正确区分左右。

Can we use left and right on the face? What’s this?( 在黑板上画出脸的轮廓,板画五官)

Eye: It’s an eye.(板书) It’s a left eye. And this is the right eye.

Left eye(手指向左眼), right eye(手指向右眼), I have two eyes.

示意学生跟着老师边说边做动作。

Ear: This is an ear. It’s a left ear. And this is the right ear.

Left ear(手指向左耳), right ear(手指向右耳), I have two ears.

示意学生跟着老师边说边做动作。

Nose: This is a nose.
