Step1 Warming up (热身导入)

T:Morning,boys and girls. Are you happy today? But I’m not happy,I don’t have breakfast this morning ,I’m hungry now.I want to eat. Oh, I hve a lot of food here, After class, Let’s go to my home to eat ,Ok? Ok ,this class,we’ll learn lesson 14 Would You Like Some Soup?

Now let’s sing a song Eat and drink Ok?

【设计意图】 将语言和情境结合,创造生动、活泼的课堂教学氛围,学生在获得愉悦的同时,复习了既有知识,更激活了学习的积极性,使课堂教学充满活力。

Step2 Presentation(任务呈现)

1,New words learning(新词学习)

Show the pictures to learn the new words: noodles,dumplings soup,rice,table.Let them read after the teacher several times.

Ask: What’s your favourite food,noodles dumplings,soup or rice?

3) Play a guessing game: Guess,what’s this?If you are right,the picture is for you.OK?

2,New sentences learning(新句学习)

1)Let’s chant.Are you hungry? The teacher read first.,Then ask the students to follow twice,choose one group to act out in the class.

2) Lead the test:Today Jenny comes to LiMing’s house for supper,What do they eat? Let’s look.Then let them act it out..

3, Pairwork(创新对话)

1) Practice the dialogue:

A: Are you hungry? B: Yes./No

A: Would you like some noodles/ddumplings/soup/rice…?B: Yes, please/No,thanks.

2) Act it out. At last you may find out Which is the best gust. Give them some flowers.

【设计意图】新课呈现又单词到句型,在掌握的基础上操练,创编新对话,符合学生认知的特点,由易到难,步步深入,独学、对学和游戏,儿歌穿插进行,课堂节奏活跃,学生参与热情高涨,在欢愉的教学过程中突破了难点,掌握了重点知识。

Step4 Exercise and Consoliation(训练巩固)

教材习题

完成Let’s do it活动。请同学们看清规则,先在小组内练习,然后到讲台前表演。(教师提供本节课的单词词卡,只让该小组的一个成员和其他组的组员看见卡片上的单词,看到单词的组员表演词卡上对应的食物并提问:A: Are you hungry? B: Yes./No

A: Would you like some noodles/ddumplings/soup/rice…?B: Yes, please/No,thanks.

其他组员猜出食物名称并应用重点句型进行语言操练和展演。

随堂小练习。
