Step 1. Class-opening and warming-up

Greeting

T: Hello, boys and girls!

2. Let’s chant:What do you do ? I walk to school.

What do you do ?

I call my friend.

I help my parents.

I wash the clothes

I watch TV.

Step2. New concepts

教师出示日历并发问What day is it today? 学生回答: It is Monday.

教师指着昨天发问What day was it yesterday? 引导学生回答:It was Tuesday.

教师发问:What’s the date today? 学生回答It’s June fourteenth.

What was the date yesterday?

学生回答It’s June thirteenth.学生回答:

教师板书:today------------------yesterday:(强调yesterday拼写)

教师出示时间轴来教学过去式,加强对过去的理解:
