重点难点

1)使学生在相对真实、完整的语境中接触、体验、理解语言。能够在图片和情景的帮助下,引导学生去讲故事。

2)引导学生观察故事中主人翁和所处的环境。

Step2 Pre-reading task(Preview)

1、教师问“What can you do?”学生抢着回答,I can …Can you ..?,全班同学互问后活动起来,气氛非常活跃,兴趣也很高。2、教师播放“Let’s chant”的录音,全班学生边看边跟着录音大声打着节拍一起唱歌曲,激发学生的学习热情。接着chant 提问出示PPT动物panda, dog, ducks的图片,:分别问:What can ducks do ?They can swim in the lake .由此导入

3、介绍故事(Introduce the story)

T: Now, let’s see who comes here.(呈现Snake的图片)Suddenly, a snake comes, It meets a rat,(呈现rat 的图片)

活动三

Step3 While-reading task

1、教师利用PPT呈现图片,Let’s guess. What can the snake do?

S1:The snake can eat the rat.S2: The snake throw the rat into the river.

Let’s watch then answer questions.

What can the snake do ? Why ? S:The snake can eat the rat, Because it the snake is very hungry, the rat is the snake’s tasty food

What can the rat do for the snake? It can sing ,dance for the snake.

Student answer questions.

2、Go on watching 1,请学生回答:Does the snake want to eat the rat?然后,教师追问:What can the snake do?鼓励学生快速读故事并找出答案: The rat can swim away.

3、Watch and read:请学生故事,读完后回答下面的问题:

Questions:

(1) Who are in the story?

(2) What is the tasty food?

(3) Can the rat sing?

(4) Can the rat dance?
