2. Read for birds (Para2) and match birds with things they do.

3. Read for danger (Para3) and do the following things:

Q1: Can you use one word to tell us what paragraph 3 is mainly about?

Q2: What kind of danger or problems do birds face?

Q3: How do you feel when you hear the problems?

4. Read for action (Para3-5) and fill in the table.

Step4 Post-reading

Activity3: Read and summarize.

Fill in blanks about Zhalong.

Read and appreciate three sentences including conjuctions.

Activity4: Read and report (group work)

In the perspective of crane, write about your problems, helps and hopes.
