2.学会用how much +be+名词?

学会使用询问价格的句型,能简单做购物的对话练习。

五.教学步骤

Step 1. Warm up

Sing an English song and follow the teacher' action.

A, A, A, say ok ,

B, B , B, touch your knees,

C, C, C , look at C,

ABCDE, follow , follow, me, walking, walking, walking, jump , jump, jump ,jump, running, running, running, running, running, running, none sit down.

Pick up two Ss who didn't catch the chair, and then make a short conversation about going shopping. Then try to ask the rest of Ss two questions about the conversation.

Step 2. Lead in

T will take out a mango and ask Ss "what's this in English?""what color is it?"Ss try to answer the question. "it's a mango" and "it's yellow." and then ,lead in the sentences ,can you guess "how much is it?" "Maybe it's 10 yuan."? If someone guess the price, T will give it to someone, one by one, take out a jacket, a bag, two bananas, try to ask and answer.

Step 3. Presentation

Look at the blackboard, and read together our teaching aims, then look at the pictures on the blackboard, and ask and answer the question, "how much is ......?/how much are .....?." "it's ... yuan /dollars/they are .. .yuan /dollars."

Try to practice the sentences and the key words, then give Ss limited time to remember the key words, the teacher will try to check them on the blackboard.

Look at blackboard , try to read , summary , and understand the key points, then practice more

Step 4. Practice

Ss will take out some materials and group work to make a situational conversation in limited time, and then try to act out for us.

When the Ss finish the conversation, T will ask Ss two questions about the conversation.

Step 5. Activity

A big sale on live

One of the Ss in every group will pick up a thing to try to sell at a very low price, other Ss try to fight for buying it. Finally , look at which group will get more.

Step 6. Summary the class

Continue to look at the blackboard, and according to pictures on the blackboard, try to practice more about "how much" sentences.

Step 7. Exercises and homework.

Do some exercises on the paper T gave them in limited.

Recite the new words.

2)Practice the conversations.
