Step 1: （1）Greeting

（2）Lead-in:read the sentences from the text

-1 If it is good, Dad,Mum and I will probably go camping.

-2 But we won't go if it rains.

-3 If we had virtual reality holidays,we would't have any problems with the weather.

-4 If they invented virtual reality holidays, I'd go on an around -the-world tour.

Step2 Presentation

Present the picture and let the students make a sentence with the given sentence pattern.

Ask students to give their sentences ,then give an example.

Present more pictures and make students make more sentences.

4.Let students summarize the rule:.1）表示与现在事实相反的假设，条件状语从句中的谓语动词用“过去式（be动词的过去式用were）”，而主句中的谓语动词用“would / should/ could / might + 动词原形”。
