Step 1.Warm up and greeting

1. Sing a song:

Twinkle, twinkle , little star.

2.Greeting:

Good morning boys ,and girls .Nice to see you again. How are you ? Put the students into two groups ,group A and group B .

Step2. Lead in

Before new lesson ,let's enjoy a chant .We can see this chant is about crafts .Look at the pictures , this is a craft room , this is also a craft room ,think about what can we do in the craft room ? yes , we can make something we like .What are crafts. Let's learn it together.

Step 3.Introduce crafts

Look at pictures ,these are toy houses, some toy flowers, this is a model car ,a model ship , a bottle, these are all crafts. Read after me craft ,crafts .Are you interested in crafts ? Have you ever made something yourselves ? Today we are going to have a craft lesson ,and we will make something in this lesson.

Step 4 :Introduce how to have a craft lesson.

The first thing we are going to make is a toy plane ,answer my questions please , what is it ? If I ask you "What are you making ?" you can say "I am making a toy plane." All of you listen carefully and answer ,ask some students.

The second thing you can make is a model house .model ,we can say model car , model train ,model ship and so on. Read together model house. If I ask you "What do you want to make ?" you can say "I want to make a model house." then ask some students to answer .

The last thing we are going to make is "crown" , most girls like it ,so maybe boys will not make it ,but you can make it for someone , for example ,you can make it for your sister, cousin ,or for your friend.

Now let's review these three things :

toy plane ,model house ,crown ,

And three questions:

-What are you making?

-I’m making a toy plane.

-What do you want to make?

-I want to make a crown.

-Who is it for?

-It's for my little cousin.
