会用一般现在时描述天气。

正确运用“It’s warm today, but it’s raining.” 等语句来描述天气。

五、教学难点

让学生正确描述天气以及在不同天气下的活动。

六、教学过程

Step 1 Warm up

1. Greeting.

2. Let’s have a chant.

Spring, spring, it’s warm, warm.

Summer, summer, it’s hot, hot.

Autumn, autumn, it’s cool, cool.

Winter, winter, it’s cold, cold.

（设计意图：课前问候，拉近师生的距离。通过chant回顾已学知识，激活学生已有的知识和能力。）

Step 2 Lead in

T: Do you like going swimming? Do you go swimming in winter?

Do you go skipping in winter?

Ss： …

T: Now, let’s see what the children do in different places in winter.

(播放SB Unit2活动1的动画，请学生看图。然后告诉学生：不同地方的孩子在冬天开展的活动也不同，原来冬天不仅可以堆雪人，还可以下海游泳呢。在教play in the snow 时，呈现图片，帮助学生理解语义。)

Play the video, ask the students to watch and listen. Then play the video again, ask the students to repeat, imitate the pronunciation and intonation.

Step 3 Presentation

Let’s play a game-I draw you guess. How is the weather?

(设计意图：老师在黑板上画简笔画，学生根据简笔画猜天气，随后老师根据图画教相应表示天气的单词，并采用齐声读，小组读，个人读等多种朗读方式学习新单词。为下面课文学习做准备。)

Step 4 Text learning

1. Listen to the video and ask the students to watch and listen.

2. Play the video again and ask the student to repeat sentence by sentence. Try to imitate the pronunciation and intonation.
