Step 3. Presentation(新授) 1.在导入部分学生猜测的基础上，教师在恰当的时间插话 T: You are very clever , but you are wrong . Please close your eyes and listen carefully . (教师用课件播放事先准备好的中央电视台天气预报的背景音乐，这是大家最熟 悉的音乐之一， 学生很容易就会听明白， 即使不会用英文表达， 但是都会用中文) T: Please open your eyes and tell me what should I do . 通过学生的回答，引导学生说：It’s time for weather report .（同时板书 weather report） T：can you read it （weather）？Let’s see the other words. sweater father weather 请几名学生试读，对读的好的进行表扬和鼓励，然后教师教读。 （设计意图：让学生通过学过的单词，自己总结单词的发音并自己拼读新单词， 可以培养学生的自主学习能力。 ） 2.T：Do you want to learn more about weather ? Ss: Yes. T: Are you ready? Let’s go. 教师用课件展示一张炎热天气的图片，手指太 阳。 T：Oh , there is a sun in the sky. I feel very hot . 教师边讲边做散热的动作，板书 hot 并展示右侧课件。按照课件提示，教学生学 习字母的发音，进而学习单词的发音。 （设计意图：小学虽然不强调音标的学习， 但是在学习中渗透音标教学，利用学生的注意，形成音标意识，对学生自学单词 有很大的帮助。 ） 在学生熟读单词的基础上展示一张香港的照片，照片上附上一个温度 35℃ T：Look at the picture . Step 4. Practice and Consolidation（操练与巩固） 1. 小小天气预报员 T: Sh, you did a good job. It’s time for weather report now. Let’s listen first.(播放 A 部分录音) Look at me, I am a weather reporter now . Good morning, this is the weather report. It’s cool in Lhasa. It’s hot in Hong Kong. It’s warm in Beijing. It’s cold in Harbin. 教师做完示范，给学生两分钟时间准备，邀请学生上台表演，教师要及时的给出 评价，并对表演得好的同学给以奖励。 2. 大转盘：制作一个大转盘，用转盘来练习句子和单词。 3. 小练习。 Let’s warm do It’s…today, I can wear my … cold cool hot （设计意图：通过天气预报、大转盘两个小活动，学生对本节课所学的句型和单 词得到了很好的操练。 小练习结合所学的服饰知识，让学生把新旧知识紧密的结 合起来。 ）
