教学重点：运用It’s...来描述天气情况，及介绍自己的活动。
教学难点：rain，snow在描述天气时需要变成raining,snowing.
教具准备：课件，图片，单词卡片，三个盒子，青蛙头饰，若干磁扣，磁贴，若干圆纸片等。
学情分析：所上课班级学生非自己所教学生，且从未给该班学生上过课，通过上学期测评了解到该班学生英语成绩还不错，具体对该班学生学习情况不是很清楚。
教学过程：
I .Revision & Lead in复习导入
Sing a chant about seasons and weathers（made up by the teacher），warm up & review。
Ask Ss whether they know Harbin and Sanya and then lead in Activity 1。They watch the flash and think of the differences between them. Teacher shows the pictures of these two places and ask “Is Sanya cold in winter?”, and teach the words “snow” and “play”.
Watch & repeat for twice.
II.Task-presentation任务呈现
PPT shows the task “Introduce your favourite season”.
III.Text-learning课文学习
Watch & order. Give the four pictures a right order.
Listen and find the words describing the weather. And learn the new words “rain-raining, sunny, windy, snowing”. Read and do the actions.
Watch & repeat
Read by themselves.
Read in teams.
IV.Practice练习
Fill in the gaps. The sentences are from Activity 2. The gaps are the words about weather. Students read the sentences and fill in the gaps one by one.
Play a game .(Help little frog go home)
Draw and say. (Activity 3) Students draw a picture on a piece of round paper in three minutes and then talk about it in the front.
Sing a song.(Activity 4) Sing and do the actions twice.
Play a game. (Activity 5) Pick cards from 3 boxes and make sentences by 3 students each team.
Letters -writing. Write three letters “Oo,Pp,Qq”
