Warm up

1.Greetings.

2. Review the song .

设计意图：学生跟唱歌曲，不仅活跃了课堂气氛，让学生在短时间内把注意力集中到课堂，还复习了之前学过的句型“Where is the …”，为下一环节做好了铺垫。

3. Show the picture of a train. Listen read and spell the word “train”.

设计意图：播放火车开动的声音，让学生置身于情境中，加速单词的记忆。

4. Divide the students into 3 groups.

设计意图：引入比赛机制，激发学生竞争意识。

Presentation

1. Lead in

T:?Look,?here?is?a?train.?I’m a?train?driver. Today,?I will drive the train.

(学生说train/train/train,练习新单词,老师变魔术)

(火车不见了)

T:?where’s?the?train?

设计意图：操练单词，采用多种活动来进行，激发学生的兴趣，改变了单词教学“师教生读”的枯燥局面。同时引出了本课重点句型“Where is the train?”

2. Show the picture of a hill. Listen read and spell the word “hill”.

?T: Look, where’s the train? It‘s up the hill.

3. Listen read and spell the phrase “up the hill”.

(动作练习词组up the hill)

设计意图：方位介词教学时，结合图画和手势，便于学生理解和记忆。用chant的形式进一步加深印象。

4. 同样方法呈现It's down the hill. / It's near the house. / It's at the station.

设计意图：以开火车的形式教授新单词和词组，创设情境，转变了学生角色，不再是单纯的学习者，而是过程的参与者，利于提升学习的热情。
