(一)Greet and warm up:

T: I will divide you into two teams:you are Team 1 and you are Team 2. This class, Team 1 PK Team 2.

1.Greetings:

T: Class begins. Stand up, please. Good morning, boys and girls.

Ss:Good morning, Miss Yang

T: Sit down, please. Before our class,Let’s sing a song: We wish you a merry christmas.Relax ourselves. OK?

(二)Lead in:

T: From the song, we can know one of the Amercian festivals. Do you know it? Who can try?(请生回答)

T: Yes, the Christmas Day.

T: What do you do on Christmas? Who can tell me about it? Who can try?

(请生回答后,PPT出示句子)

T: Very good, let’s summary. At Christmas day.....(PPT出示,学生齐读)

T: Can you tell me more about American Festivals? Let’s come to the text. And review some new words first.(卡片出示单词,多种方式读, 如:boys, girls, team 1, team 2 分别读,齐读等)
