(设计意图:通过四年级学习过的一首歌曲“Do you like purple grapes?”导入,唤起学生之前的记忆,并且能够与即将学习的卡通时间联系起来。)

可询问3、4名学生

T: Bobby likes eating grapes too. Look! This is Bobby’s garden.It’s beautiful,isn’t it? But something is happening here. Do you want to know?

Ss: Yes!

学习课文

Watch the video and answer the question: Who comes to Bobby’s garden?

教读pest和ladybird

(设计意图:观看动画,把握故事大意,达到略读的效果)

1.2 Read and answer

出示课文第一幅图

T: Look at this picture. Where is Bobby? What does he grow? How are the grapes?

通过学生的回答引出: in the garden, grow grapes, big and sweet三个重点短语,并利用这三个短语填空,完成练习。

T:How does Bobby feel now? Why?

板书proud,在后面板书原因:His grapes are big and sweet.
