II. Teaching Procedure

1.Check

抽查学生朗读生词，教师及时正音。然后领读、齐读。

2. Lead in

The teacher shows the picture: ask students to talk, “Do you know the story of Noah?”

Ⅱ. New lesson

1. Read the lesson and number the sentences in the correct order. (See .No.1.).

1). Noah made a large ship of wood.

2). Since then, people have always taken the dove and the olive branch as symbols of peace.

3). Noah put two of every kind of animal on the ship and locked the door.

4). The dove came back with a green olive branch in its mouth.

5). God told Noah that he would send a great flood.

6). Noah let a dove fly out of the ship.

7). They floated on the water for many days and nights.
