Step 1

Warming-up and revision

1. Greetings : Good morning! How are you?

2. Sing a song“phonics song”

3. Review the pronunciation of the letters“Aa~Tt”.

Step2 Presentation

The teacher shows the PPT,Let the Ss listen to the chant. Then learn the words “pig”.the pig is showing too more ,What letter is more in the chant? Students can speak out the letter “i”you can help the pig complete the six wishes

2.The teacher says:The pig has a wish ,Look, who is the little pig meet? Then learn the word”six”.

3.first wish :Then the teacher shows the picture of the animals “Kitty、Nikky,Puppy,Teddy”Second wish :Let the Ss speak the pronunciation of the “I”then watch the vidoe and learn the words “pig 、big、 six and milk .”

Third wish: Have a chant of the pronunciation of the letter”I”, Chant with the Ss.

Four wish :Study toether. They speak the words together.

Fifth wish :Read story, ----Book Reading 《mama cat》

Sixth wish:you can help the pig become happy pig .if you read this chant .

Step3 practices

Divide the class into four groups and have some matches.

Match1:Let’s blend.

Match2: ,read some words includingthe letter “I”

Match3:listen and circle

Match4:Let’s read

Match5:write the four words.

Make the Ss make more words activities using these matches.

Step4

Consolidation

1.Learn some words including the letters”i﹨e”,let the Ss know the pronunciation .

2.Show the PPTof the story,Let the Ss read it.

3.Learn the writing of these letters

4.Let the Ss write on the paper and shows the best handwriting.
