二、讲授新课

1.故事的引入

整体感知,体验有趣的英语故事。接上面T:Great! This time, let’s enjoy an English story. Do you like the story? 师出示故事的图片(没有文字),问学生:Who are they? 学生: Zoom and Zip. T: Yes!What do they do in the story? Guess! 然后让生可以用中文猜测。T: Now let’s listen and check. 师播放故事的视频,学生视听。视听完后,师接着问:What do they do in the story? 学生选出答案Make a puppet.

(设计意图:通过视听,让学生在欣赏故事的同时,初步整体感知文本,为故事的进一步呈现和学习做好铺垫。)

2.故事的学习

(1)视听Picture 1视频,理解和感知故事的开头并学习新语言Good idea!

PPT呈现第一幅图片,师指着图片问:What’s on the desk ?引导学生说出有一些剪好的身体部位和彩笔等。T: Yes, there are so many things on the desk. What does Zoom say? Guess! Maybe! 学生读图找出答案Let’s make a puppet.师板书并领读,模仿Zoom的声音读。T: It’s a funny thing. Zip is very happy. So Zip says“?”? Please listen and answer. 师播放录音,引导学生回答Good idea! 师板书,领读并用手势OK帮助学生理解。尽量模仿Zip的声音读。师生练习对话。

T:Look! If I want to make a puppet, I should make a head, make a body...边引导学生说,边用剪刀剪出身体部位的形状。

(设计意图:视听第一幅图,根据故事理解句子Let’s make a puppet.答语Good idea!的含义,指导学生模仿人物的语气读句子。并延伸make a head, make a body...为理解故事发展做铺垫。)

(2)视听Picture 2,3,4视频,感知和理解故事的发展过程。

PPT呈现二,三,四幅图片,T: How do they make a puppet? Please listen and answer.师播放视频,引导学生回答:First...Then...并学习。师领读,学生跟读,师板书First...Then...学生排读,男女生读,个读。通过动作操练first和then。T:First, touch your head. Then touch your arm. 模仿Zoom的声音读。T: And Zip says“?”? 引导学生说:Look! An arm and a leg. 师生扮演Zoom and Zip.,表演。男女生表演。评价:Great! A puppet!

(设计意图:通过视听2、3、4图片的内容,学生理解和掌握first和then并且再次巩固了make a... )

(3)小组合作阅读课本 Picture5,6品读故事结尾。

T: Now Zoom and Zip made a puppet. They are happy. Next, what do they say? Take out your book, read Picture 5 in your groups, then talk about your answers. T: Who can answer? Yes, they want to play with the puppet. They say: Let’s play with the puppet! 师贴句卡Let’s play with the puppet !并领读,齐读。

But what happen? Do they have a puppet in the end? 引导学生看图思考:木偶跑掉了。No.

(设计意图:呈现第五幅图,因为所学语言Let’s play...在一单元和课堂中已经渗透,学生能够理解,所以通过小组合作阅读的方式,让学生理解新语言Let’s play with the puppet !)

(4) 猜测故事后续发展,Maybe the story hasn’t finished, what will

happen next?

(设计意图: 对故事后续发展的猜测,激活学生思维,让学生体验读英语故事的乐趣。)

(5) Listen and imitate.

T: It’s a funny story. Let’s listen and imitate. PPT出示故事视频,学生跟读,必要时师范读。

(设计意图:通过让学生听音模仿,整体巩固故事。)

1.Read in roles and act out the story.

师先与生示范朗读,学生在小组内练习。鼓励学生分角色表演。

2. Sing a song.

T: Boys and girls, Let’s sing a song. (1)播放音乐,全班一起学唱歌曲。(2)鼓励学生自己创编歌曲。如:Hands, hands, clap your hands. Arms, arms, wave

your arms.

(设计意图:通过模仿朗读到自主朗读,培养学生说英语的信心;通过有趣的歌曲,让学生在愉快的气氛中熟悉和巩固所学词汇。)
