四、教学环节
（一）Greetings:
Good afternoon, boys and girls. How are you ?
Let’s learn Unit 3 Look at me.
(二) Warming up:
Let’s sing and do.
让学生齐唱“Head, shoulders, knees and toes”歌曲，活动热身。
(三) New class:
1．教师出示monkey puppet模型，用英语解释：Look! What’s this? It is a monkey puppet. （从而教授新词puppet）然后玩大小声游戏，让学生掌握puppet 单词发音。
【设计意图】在热身环节，自然处理好新词puppet，同时复习身体部位，为新课做准备。
2. 教师承接以上环节，加以手势和重音，继续介绍puppet：
Look at me. Look at my eyes, my ears, my arms, my legs……
让学生仿说，在仿说的过程中初步感知、体会、领悟名词的复数。
3. 教师问学生：Do you like puppets? 然后拿出puppet组件，说：Let’s make a puppet. 一边做动作示范，一边放慢语速反复说make a puppet，让学生在情景中听懂、理解新句子：Let’s make a puppet.
4. 根据以上情景，教师说：Let’s make a puppet. 引导学生情景回答出：Great! 教师从而适时教授新句子：Good idea！创设情景，例如：Let’s play! 让学生在情景中正确使用Good idea！
5. 教师说：Let’s make a puppet. Think？How to make a puppet? First, make the head. Then, make the body. 强调单复数及发音， 如one arm, two arms.
6. Puppet模型制作成功，教师以实例示范说：Let’s play with the puppet. 例如：Clap the hands. Wave the arms.等等。
7．Game time.强调first和then。玩指令游戏，让学生在情景中练习first和then的用法。示例如下：
① First, make the nose. Then, make the mouth.
② First, make the arms. Then, make the legs.
③ First, clap your hands. Then, cross your legs.
④ First, touch your head. Then, touch your face.
游戏方式：让全班同学齐说：Let’s play with the puppet. 然后再选四名同学，教师发英语指令，学生做木偶动作,小组比赛。例如：Touch your head. Close your eyes. Open your mouth. Clap your hands. Cross your legs. Run away. 等等。
然后这个游戏，可以在小组内或同位间继续进行。
【设计意图】 通过创设情景和趣味游戏，学习理解新词句，排除了阅读障碍，降低了阅读难度，为下一步的阅读做好准备。
