Step 1 Warm up

1. divide the students into two competitive groups: the boys’ group and the girls’ group.

2.draw two ladders on the blackboard. One is for the boys and the other is for the girls. If they can answer my questions correctly and actively, they can get a step for their group to climb up the ladder.

Step 2 Lead in

1. invite students to sing the song BINGO with me.

2.ask “what’s in the farm?” to lead in the teaching content.

Step 3 presentation

1. show students a picture of a classroom and ask “what’s in the classroom?”.

2. draw some stick pictures according to students’ answers.

3. write down the new words and draw a stick picture of the classroom on the blackboard

4. games.

a: High and Low Voice.

b:Students will be invited to come to the front and stick the word cards on the relative stick pictures.

Step 4 Consolidation

a: TPR game: chant according to the content in Let’s do.

Stand up, clean the blackboard, put up the picture, clean the window,turn off the light, open the door. Students chant with me and do the relative actions.

b: pair-work.

Students will be asked to make a dialogue with their desk-mates using the sentence “what’s in the classroom?”. I will invite some groups to act out their dialogues.

Step 5 Homework

Play the game I say you do with your partner.
