Step1. Lead-in
Watch a video of Doraemon.
Q1: How do you feel about Doraemon? ( teach: amazing/ amazed)
Q2: What amazing things does Doraemon have?
(Teach: earth. Remind Ss to pay attention to the pronunciation)
T: Doraemon finds some fun facts on the Earth.
Show some pictures about fun facts on the earth. Teach some new words and sentences.
Ask Ss to describe their feelings about the pictures with some adjectives.
Practice the following expressions:

Step2. Practice
Ask Ss to complete Part A. Match the pictures with the sentences.
Practice reading the sentences and phrases.
Let Ss describe the pictures. Try to remember the sentences.

Play a guessing game: talk about more amazing things about animals.
Listen to a dialogue, and answer a question: Which picture are they talking about?
