教学过程

Ⅰ.Warming-up 1.Enjoy Listen and say.

Introduce the background of Children’s Day.

Show students some pictures about Children’s Day, and then let students talk something about their Children’s Day.

Ⅱ.Presentation

1、教师播放课文录音或多媒体教学光盘,让学生初步感知课文。

2、教师出示动物园的图片,学习单词zoo,练说词组go to the zoo和in the zoo。

3、出示日历 “6月1日”,全班学生要快速说出“Children's Day”,然后教师说:“Happy Children's Day,boys and girls!”。该活动教师可以先做一个示范,然后可以喊学生来当小老师与其他学生共同完成。当4、T:On Children’s Day,we can go to the zoo.And we can also go to the museum and cinema to conduct the other two words.

5、Teacher shows three pictures on the ppt, and then point to one of the picture, students should answer as quickly as possible.

Ⅲ.Activity

Teacher describes the words and asks Ss to guess.

Play the game :What’s missing. Teacher hides one of the cards and asks Ss to guess which card is missing, and then Ss do as teacher does in turns.

Ⅳ.Practice 学生反复练习本节课重点句型 S1:What do you do on Children’s Day?/ What do you like doing? S2:I…on Children’s Day. 教学提示: 在 Look and learn 部分教师可以集中教授单词并根据学生的能力补充一些词汇,如 theme park,supermarket,ride a horse and so on.
