Step 1 Warm-up

1. Greetings

T: Hello, boys and girls. Ss: Hello, Miss Zhao.

T: How are you today?

Ss: Fine, thank you, and you?

T: I’m fine, too. Thank you.

2.Sing a song(Zero five ten).

3.Shout out the numbers on the screen.

Step 2 Presentation

Show them a picture and tell them there is a new supermarket just opened over there. Let’s go and have a look. (review the words “apple pear egg tomato potato orange”).

Point to the flower and try to elicit the new words “flower ,dumpling”.

Play a game : Carrot squat.

Review the sentence “Do you want some...? Yes, I do.”(last student asks teacher “Do you want some...?”)

Teach the sentence “How much is it? It’s ... yuan.”

Play a game :High low voice.

Teach the sentence “Can I help you ?”

Step 3.Consolidation and extension.

Group work to make conversations.
