T: Boys and girls .Can you tell me What day is it today?
Ss: Today is Wednesday..
T:How about Tuesday?
Ss:It was yesterday.
T:How about Thursday?
Ss: It is tomorrow.
T:Today is Wednesday. Today is at the present. And before now, it was in the past, and then after now ,it is in the future. And in the past we should use the past tense.
(设计意图：以日常问候的形式，唤醒学生对一般过去时态的记忆,并拉近了师生之间的距离，营造英语氛围，引导学生乐于用英语开口说话。 并且进行板书和导入。)

（二）Presentation/Practice
1. T: Today we will review the simple past tense. Ss跟读感知，T进行板书。
T：（引导Ss去看板书） Fox example: We did homework last night.
2：T:Here I have a song .Please listen it . And tell me it is at the present ,in the past or in the future.(设计意图：以歌曲Tell me about your holiday 进行知识点的导入，增加了学习的趣味性。)
Ss: it is in the past. It’s about holiday.
T:You are so smart. So today we are going to review the simple past tense and learn how to talk our holiday in the past tense.
3. T: The past tense like a bike. It also has two important wheels .Look! One wheel is the past form of verbs; the other wheel is the past time. T: Now, Please look at the wheel and circle the past time.
