Step 1 Pre-reading
1. T: Look at the dolls,I think the dolls are very lovely, do you like them? Ss:yes. Today lets learn Unit 8 Dolls.揭题,生齐读。 T: Now let’s have a look at our goals today. (PPT出示本课的学习目标:1、能正确理解对话,并能流利地朗读。2、能生动地表演对话。3、能有感情地向他人介绍自己的玩具娃娃。)
2. T:I like playing games. Do you like playing games? Now let’s play a game: Magic eyes. PPT快速闪过mouth, ears, nose, eyes图片,学生齐答。
3.师指向PPT上刚才闪过的mouth, ears, nose, eyes图片,请学生形容它们共同的特点big,出示单词big,领读,请几生配动作读。指向另一栏小的mouth, ears, nose, eyes图片,引出small,领读,配动作读,齐读。
4. T: They can make different faces. Look, here’s a picture of my doll. Do you want to what she is like? Listen to her self introduction carefully.
Ss: 听录音,记住所听到的洋娃娃的面部特征。
T: Now can you describe my doll? This word may help you. 出示her,领读,开火车读。
S: 用Her eyes are ---./ Her nose is ---./ ---来描述,师操作PPT,根据学生的回答呈现相应部位,但没有头发。
5. T: Look at the doll. Is she beautiful?Why?
S: 她没有头发。
PPT呈现一长一短头发,出示chair, 教学hair, long, short.
再让学生运用句型Her hair is ---选一选该娃娃的头发是怎样的,最后呈现完整图片。T: Now, is she beautiful? Ss: Yes!
6. T: This is one of my dolls. I have many dolls. (PPT出示图片) Do you like dolls?让生自己试着描述dolls的特征。
7.T show a snowman, Ask the Ss try to describe it.
Step 2 While-reading:
1.T: Today some children are talking about dolls, too. Look at the pictures carefully and try to ask some questions:
Q1:Who are the children?
Q2: Where are they?
Q3:What do they have?
让生带着问题观看课文动画,然后引导学生回答上述问题。
2. T: They have two dolls, one is a girl doll, the other is a boy doll. PPT出示没有五官的两个doll图片。We know the girl doll is Su Hai and Yang Ling’s, and the boy doll is Wang Bing and Liu Tao’s. Now can you say?
PPT出示:Su Hai, Yang Ling, Wang Bing and Liu Tao are in the__________. They have ____ dolls. Su Hai and Yang Ling have a ______ doll. Wang Bing and Liu Tao have a _______ doll.
Ss: 齐说。
3. T: What’s Su Hai and Yang Ling’s doll like? Let’s listen and tick:
