教学难点:
1. 通过洋娃娃介绍,学生能够听懂、会说、会读单词hair,eyes, nose,mouth;
2. 通过对比外貌迥异的娃娃以及看动作猜测游戏,学生能够理解会说形容词big, small /long, short /fat, thin/ tall, short.
3. 在介绍朋友猜测同学后,学生能够准确运用句型His…is…. Her … are….
教学过程:
Step 1:Warming up
T:Good morning, boys and girls.
S: Good morning, Miss Gu.
T: Nice to meet you! Do you like dogs?
S: Yes, we do.
T: OK.I like dogs too. Let me introduce myself. My favourite animal is dog. and I like oranges, I also like playing basketball too. Here is a new word ”Doll”,. That is we are going to learn in this lesson. Today we are going to learn Unit 8 Dolls.
(设计意图:通过问候里关于是否喜欢狗,引出我的喜欢关于dog, orange, basketball.里的字母合并成一个新的单词 ”Doll” ,起到热身和引出课题的作用。)
Step 2:Lead in and teach new words
T: Look at our dolls. Do you think they are nice?
S: Yes. we do
T: We can also say “They are beautiful.” 引出”beautiful”这个单词。
T: Look at my doll, She’s Tina. She can sing with her mouth. She can smell with her nose….引出新单词并教学eyes ears nose mouth hair.
S: Eyes./ Nose./ Mouth./Ears.
T:领读单词并在黑板上出示
(通过PPT将对应的图片点开,组合成一张娃娃的脸,但是没有头发。)
T: Look! She is a girl. Is she beautiful?
S: No!
T: OH, I think she needs some hair. Look! She is a beautiful girl now! 由此引出并教学单词hair
然后通过一首英文歌”Touch your eyes” 巩固所学的身体部位单词并由此激发学生的学习兴趣,调动课堂氛围。
T: They are our dolls, she is beautiful. Is he beautiful?
S:No.
T: He is cool.
教学单词cool。
T: Let’s PK Tina and Bobby among their bodies, eyes, hair, noses.
