本班学生共50人，是我从三年级带上来的班级，常规养成、语言拓展非常到位，并且师生配合非常默契，大部分孩子性格比较活泼，语言基础非常好，有些学生在外上兴趣班，课外知识和词汇量足够，并且大部分学生预习的习惯培养得非常好，现在我采取的学习方式是“先学后教”， 并有平时积分的奖励，评价机制非常到位，所以学生上课都能积极参与课堂活动，思维活跃。
